The Commander X + Pack is a comprehensive system designed for the backcountry hunter embarking on multi-day adventures. This innovative pack combines an internal frame for hauling meat with a detachable 4000 cubic inch pack bag, allowing hunters to transport gear to a spike camp and carry out meat once their mission is accomplished. The Commander X frame features a unique lashing system that includes a compressed wing system and a lower shelf for securing heavy loads to the frame. After the task is completed, the pack bag can easily be reattached to the frame using a series of compression straps to ensure a secure fit over the load. When the meat-hauling frame is no longer needed, the pack bag can be securely attached to the frame using zippers, providing a comfortable and stable carry.

Constructed from durable 1680D nylon ballistic and robic nylon fabrics, the Commander X frame is built to withstand the rigors of the backcountry. The frame boasts dual aluminum stays and a channeled high-density polyethylene frame for a rigid and stable carry. For added convenience and versatility, the pack includes a removable waist belt with pockets, anti-sway straps, and compatibility with clip-style holsters. Additionally, the pack features a rifle and bow drop-down pocket, an internal horizontal divider, and is hydration compatible. A rain cover is also included to protect gear from the elements.

The pack bag is equipped with a fleece-lined spotting scope pocket with a large opening for easy access, as well as an extra-large lower door and a top-loading spindrift collar. The top pocket can be converted into a fanny pack for added convenience. With a total capacity of 66 liters or 4000 cubic inches, the pack has a total weight of 9 lbs. 3 oz., with the frame weighing 5 lbs. 3 oz. and the pack bag weighing 4 lbs. The torso range is adjustable from 17" to 21", and the waist belt length ranges from 31" to 53", ensuring a comfortable and customizable fit for hunters of all sizes.
